About The Position

DaVita is seeking a Dialysis Experienced Registered Nurse to join its outpatient dialysis team. The nurse will provide care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions, coordinate care plans, monitor outcomes, and supervise clinical staff. The role involves delivering safe, compassionate dialysis care and building long-term relationships with patients and families in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Schedules are typically three to four days per week and include early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of RN experience, including at least 6 months of dialysis experience involving patient interaction within the last year.
• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• Charge RN readiness approval.
• ADN required.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs.
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery.
