About The Position
The Dialysis Charge Registered Nurse functions as the hemodialysis team leader and provides day-to-day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff. The role promotes positive public relations with patients, their family members, guests, physicians, and coworkers, using tactful and appropriate communication in all work-related interactions.
Requirements
- Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure.
- At least 12 months of nursing experience, including 3 months in maintenance dialysis care, or as required by state guidelines.
- Meet state and licensing requirements.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
- Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues.
- Proven leadership ability.
Nice To Haves
- Hemodialysis experience preferred.
