About The Position

Fidelity Partners, Services, LLC. is currently accepting applications for Diagnosticians to evaluate students and determine eligibility for special education services.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • A valid Texas classroom teaching certificate.
  • Exactly three years of creditable classroom teaching experience in a public or approved private school.
  • Completion of an approved Educator Preparation Program (EPP) for diagnosticians.
  • A passing score on the TExES Educational Diagnostician Exam (Exam #253 or #263).
  • Must pass a state criminal background check.

Responsibilities

  • Select, administer, and interpret formal and informal educational evaluations (e.g., aptitude, achievement, and behavioral tests).
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide teachers and parents with strategies, community resources, and techniques to support students both academically and emotionally.
  • Ensure all testing and documentation follow state and federal special education regulations.
