About The Position

This is a unique dual-role opportunity combining responsibilities as both a Diagnostic Radiologist with light Interventional Radiology and Site Director at HCA Florida Highlands Hospital, the primary site within a collaborative, multi-hospital system. The physician will maintain an active clinical practice while also providing on-site leadership, supporting operations, physician engagement, quality initiatives, and workflow optimization. This role is part of an integrated radiology practice supporting multiple facilities, including HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital, and HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. The group operates under a unified model with shared worklists, enabling seamless collaboration, balanced workloads, and efficient management of volume across sites. The practice utilizes the Mosaic clinical platform, supporting streamlined workflow and connectivity across the network. HCA Florida Healthcare serves the Treasure Coast through an interconnected network including HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital, HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital, and HCA Florida Highlands Hospital. HCA Florida Highlands Hospital, our 126-bed acute care facility, is accredited by The Joint Commission and has been serving Florida's Sebring community since 1965. We offer a wide range of medical specialties, including women's care and 24/7 emergency care with a dedicated Senior Emergency Room (ER). We also provide minimally-invasive surgery, orthopedic and spine surgery and general surgery.

Requirements

  • Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program
  • Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology required
  • Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
  • FL license or ability to obtain a Florida license

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active clinical practice as a Diagnostic Radiologist with light Interventional Radiology procedures.
  • Provide on-site leadership as Site Director.
  • Support operations, physician engagement, quality initiatives, and workflow optimization.
  • Collaborate within a multi-hospital system with shared worklists.
  • Manage volume across sites efficiently.
