We are seeking a goal-oriented and dedicated Diabetes Solution Manager to strengthen our team and cover the western part of Norway. As a Diabetes Solution Manager, you will play a key role in implementing and selling our innovative diabetes solutions to healthcare professionals and pharmacies. We are looking for a structured, relationship-driven salesperson who aspires to deliver high value in a challenging and rewarding market. The Diabetes Solution Manager reports to the Sales Lead Diabetes Care.

Requirements

• A documented strong sales profile with an unwavering desire to deliver results.
• The ability to work independently and organize a busy travel schedule effectively.
• Proactive, takes initiative and is confident in engaging with new customers and challenges.
• Must enjoy extensive travel activity within the district.
• Fluent in Norwegian (written and oral) and proficient in English, as we operate in a global environment.

• A background in healthcare is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Full sales and revenue responsibility for the Western part of Norway.
• Sales and training for our blood glucose monitors and the new CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitoring) segment, targeting hospitals, medical clinics, and pharmacies.
• High level of travel and customer visits to ensure market growth and customer satisfaction.
• Structured planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve budget targets.
