About The Position

Ash Brokerage, a part of the Integrity Marketing family, is seeking a DI Marketing Consultant. For over 50 years, Ash Brokerage has been dedicated to impacting lives by working with financial professionals to help find, understand, and process insurance and retirement solutions. This role will facilitate proactive marketing activities and provide consultative support in response to client planning needs, managing sales results through case design and sales concepts. The consultant will build and nurture agent relationships by creating awareness and executing action around Disability Income Planning, staying informed about product offerings, underwriting requirements, and industry developments. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, distributing marketing materials, providing App Ease service for clean applications, and staying proficient on company processes and software.

Requirements

Strong industry knowledge and relationship building skills are preferred.
A track record of successful selling is ideal
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Bachelor’s degree with major in business or a related field, plus two years of related experience or training is preferred.
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate proactive marketing activities and provide objective, consultative support in response to the planning needs of our clients.
Manage sales results based upon suitable client recommendations through case design and sales concepts tailored to each individual client.
Build and nurture agent relationships by creating awareness and executing action around Disability Income Planning.
Be aware of new or modified product offerings, rate changes, state approvals, and industry developments.
Know and understand core carrier underwriting requirements.
Respond to inquiries from colleagues and clients, and effectively communicate with peers and team leaders.
Assist with the distribution of marketing materials and policy forms to clients from carrier web sites.
Provide App Ease service including scheduling, executing, and delivering clean applications.
Stay up-to-date and proficient on all company business processes, policies, and proprietary software.
