DHA Configuration Analyst

Signature Performance, Inc.•,

About The Position

The DHA Configuration Analyst leverages recent hands-on Military Health System revenue cycle experience to partner with operational subject matter experts, technical teams, and implementation stakeholders. The role evaluates workflows, identifies system and process gaps, configures solutions, develops and executes testing scenarios, troubleshoots issues, and validates that system functionality meets business requirements. The analyst translates revenue cycle requirements into system configuration specifications and functional solutions, and configures and maintains system settings, workflows, work queues, business rules, and related functionality. Work includes revenue cycle processes such as Third Party Collections, insurance identification and verification, charge capture, coding, claims management, denials, accounts receivable, and collections. The role seeks to reduce manual workarounds, missed billing and charge capture, claim delays, denials, revenue leakage, and accounts receivable backlogs. The position develops test scenarios and scripts, performs functional, workflow, regression, and user acceptance testing, validates end-to-end workflows, and documents and helps resolve defects or unexpected behavior. It also analyzes system performance and operational processes, supports reporting, dashboards, and KPIs, and recommends and monitors configuration improvements. Serving as a liaison between revenue cycle operations, technical resources, implementation teams, and other stakeholders, the analyst participates in requirements sessions, workflow reviews, configuration discussions, testing, implementation planning, and post-implementation support. The role also supports change management and adoption by helping operational teams understand new functionality and redesigned workflows.
