About The Position

At Fugro, Satellite Positioning is a specialist service line that provides very high‑accuracy positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) using Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS). In simple terms, it tells Fugro’s clients exactly where they are, in real time, anywhere in the world—often to centimeter‑level accuracy, even far offshore . The Solutions Manager will be responsible for generating leads, opportunities and sales of Satellite Positioning products and services in the Americas region. Actively engaging with clients, supporting the marketing and proposal development activities in the business unit, and meeting sales targets. Works in close collaboration with Service Line Manager, Customer Services Manager, Workshop and Field staff. Fugro will not provide work authorization and/or sponsorship for this opportunity. Fugro will not provide relocation assistance for this job opportunity.

Requirements

  • Legally Authorized to work in the United States, Without restrictions.
  • Posses a Bachelors degree required, Engineering or Geomatics degree preferred.
  • Have 5 years or more of experience in GNSS systems. Must have extensive knowledge.
  • Have 2 years or more of experience in managing teams and functions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Nice To Haves

  • In depth knowledge of Fugro’s GNSS Network and solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and place Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and the protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers, or the communities in which we live and work at risk.
  • Ensure Satellite Positioning Network and Infrastructure is aligned and suitable for providing services to Satellite Positioning clients.
  • Manages and provides leadership and strategic direction to Satellite Positioning Field Engineers in line with Fugro requirements.
  • Coordinate and support sales processes and sale contracts
  • Responsible for delivery of Satellite Positioning products and services performance reports as required by senior management.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of Fugro policies and procedures.
  • Achieve Revenue and EBIT targets set for Satellite Positioning products and services.
  • Ensure Satellite Positioning Field staff are competent and meet all HSSEQ requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
