About The Position

The Summer RegisCorps Intern will support the transition of the program into its new iteration by assisting with program development, student outreach, communications, and administrative coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in program design, marketing, and campus engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop timelines and schedules for application cycles and promotional campaigns
  • Create application forms, flyers, and recruitment materials
  • Design logo and branding materials for leadership initiatives
  • Organize and categorize leadership opportunities into accessible “buckets” for student engagement
  • Connect with Regis students to promote leadership opportunities (e.g., campus organizations, KCRU radio station)
  • Serve as a liaison between students and faculty/staff to facilitate communication and engagement
  • Prepare social media content for use during the upcoming school year (e.g., Instagram and Campus Gropus)
  • Collaborate with Marketing to make website updates, including removal of outdated materials and updating relevant pages
  • Assist with updates and review of existing Regis Corps documentation
  • Provide administrative and project support to program leaders as needed
  • Maintain positive and proactive customer service behaviors at all times
  • Ability to move efficiently between multiple tasks
  • To learn and remember complicated procedures and policies
  • Ability to work without close supervision after receiving instructions
  • To be punctual, dependable, and honest
  • Answers questions, both directional and informational, in a friendly, patient manner
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with customers
  • Participate in weekly meetings with supervisor to determine priorities and timelines
  • Meet with campus stakeholders as needed to provide updates and gather input
  • Maintain shared documents and track progress using a OneDrive system
