About The Position

cFocus Software is seeking a DevSecOps Repository Manager to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is located on-site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area and requires an active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 4-12+ years of experience
• Expert knowledge of Git and enterprise repository platforms (GitLab, GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket)
• Experience with artifact repositories (Artifactory, Nexus) and container registries (Harbor, ECR)
• Proficient in repository administration, access controls, and security configuration
• Experience implementing branching strategies and code review workflows
• Knowledge of software supply chain security and dependency management
• Understanding of CI/CD integration and automation

Nice To Haves

• Security+ or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains enterprise source code repositories, artifact repositories, and container registries.
• Implement repository governance, access controls, and security policies.
• Ensures compliance with software supply chain security requirements.
• Manage branching strategies, merge policies, and code review workflows.
• Integrates repositories with CI/CD pipelines and security scanning tools.
• Maintains repository infrastructure, performs backups, and ensures high availability.
• Implements software composition analysis and vulnerability management for dependencies.
• Provides training and support to development teams on repository best practices.
