DevOps Support Intern - Summer 2027
About The Position
Join our team and gain hands-on experience building automation solutions, enhancing modern DevOps tools, and developing the technical skills needed for a successful career in software development and technology operations. As a DevOps Support Intern, you may build, enhance, and maintain Jenkins pipelines used to build, test, deploy, and automate software delivery processes. You will also assist with Bitbucket administration, including developing or improving scripts that automate administrative and operational tasks. Additionally, you will research, implement, and enhance DevOps tools and processes related to artifact management, security scanning, test automation, AI integrations, and other development and deployment technologies. You will collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and document processes, solutions, and technical recommendations.
Requirements
- Understanding of software development fundamentals.
- Experience with or coursework involving Java and/or Groovy.
- Experience with or coursework involving Git version control.
- Experience with or coursework involving PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with or coursework involving General software development principles.
- Interest in automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and cloud/DevOps technologies.
Nice To Haves
- Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Responsibilities
