About The Position

We are looking for someone who can Lead the management of CI/CD pipelines and release governance for sophisticated analytics and trading platforms, ensuring smooth deployment cycles, stability, and compliance across environments in a fast-paced capital markets setting.

Requirements

• Strong experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record in release management, deployment planning, and governance.
• Exposure to Capital Markets systems.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a multi-environment deployment pipeline.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Sophis or related trading/analytics platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the entire release management process for analytics and trading systems.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and tools to automate and optimize deployment workflows.
• Ensure release governance, compliance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to plan and execute releases.
• Monitor deployment processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stability.
• Drive improvements in deployment automation, environment management, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and provide stakeholder updates on release status.
