About The Position

We are seeking a DevOps IT (AWS) professional to play a key role in the evolution, stability, and performance of our hybrid infrastructure (on‑premises and cloud). In an environment where digital trust, security, and resilience are essential, this role directly contributes to the reliability of our systems and the success of our solutions. You will work closely with Development, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure smooth operations, effective automation, and proactive incident management. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, system monitoring, and the implementation of robust, scalable architectures.

Requirements

  • A college or university degree in computer science
  • Strong commitment to the company and its mission
  • A curious, methodical, and organized approach to work
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Systems and Network Administrator, including 3 years in a DevOps role within a hybrid AWS/Azure environment
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Azure, Entrust ID, SSO, MFA, Endpoint Manager, Defender)
  • Strong networking experience (firewalls, switches, VPN, VPC)
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, GitHub, and AI‑driven automation
  • Experience with digital certificates, PKI, and/or HSM

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SOC2 and ISO 27001 certifications

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our on‑site and cloud infrastructures
  • Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure operational stability and incident response
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across internal processes
  • Ensure system integrity and define robust backup strategies
  • Provide occasional support to internal users in collaboration with the technical team
  • Participate in deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities
  • Monitor systems to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security
