About The Position

In the context of IT innovation projects, you will join the AI Factory / Innovation team as a DevOps AI. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the infrastructures, CI/CD pipelines, and environments necessary for the deployment and operation of artificial intelligence solutions in production. You will work in agile mode, in close collaboration with AI developers, Data Scientists, solution architects, and infrastructure teams. You will play a key role in the industrialization of AI solutions and the automation of deployment processes. As an expert in AI-assisted programming, you will use generative AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate the creation of scripts, Infrastructure as Code configurations, and CI/CD pipelines, as well as to quickly resolve production incidents.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) engineering;
  • Demonstrated experience in vibe coding using AI tools to generate scripts, configurations, and diagnose incidents;
  • Expertise in MLOps and deploying AI models in production;
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and associated AI services;
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates);
  • Solid skills in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm);
  • Expertise in CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps);
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases, SageMaker Pipelines);
  • Excellent scripting (Bash, Python) and automation skills;
  • Experience with monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, DataDog);
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps security practices;
  • Experience in secrets and configuration management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager);
  • Excellent communication in French and English. English is required, as the position requires communicating with clients and partners located outside of Quebec.

  • Asset: experience with GPUs and optimization of resources dedicated to AI.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud architectures for AI solutions (scalable, secure, and optimized);
  • Deploy and manage infrastructure as code (Infrastructure as Code) with Terraform and CloudFormation;
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI applications and models;
  • Expertly use vibe coding to generate scripts, configurations, and automations;
  • Automate deployments and rollbacks using Blue/Green and Canary strategies;
  • Configure monitoring, alerting, and observability tools for AI models in production;
  • Manage environments (development, pre-production, production) and access controls;
  • Optimize cloud costs and performance (GPU, compute, storage);
  • Support development teams on DevOps tools and best practices;
  • Produce technical documentation for infrastructures and procedures;
  • Implement DevSecOps practices and ensure security compliance;
  • Share best practices in MLOps and AI-assisted programming with the team.
