About The Position

Tether is seeking a skilled DevOps Specialist to architect, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, primarily using GitHub Actions. The role focuses on test-driven deployment, automated release management, and Infrastructure as Code. The successful candidate will containerize services with Docker; manage build, compilation, packaging, and publishing workflows for JavaScript, TypeScript, and C++ packages; and design cross-platform, multi-language build pipelines using CMake or similar tools. The position also automates build, tagging, signing, and publication across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. Strong Linux administration, networking, and IaC expertise are needed to support scalable, secure, and highly available deployments. The role collaborates with development, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, improve performance and release reliability, and strengthen observability and operational feedback loops. Tether describes its workforce as globally distributed and remote.
