About The Position

Cintel, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support the deployment, automation, and sustainment of mission-critical systems in a secure environment. The role focuses on containerized deployments, CI/CD pipeline development, and automation across Windows and Linux platforms. The position is located in the National Capital Region and is full-time.

The engineer will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, support enterprise container deployments, automate application and infrastructure deployments, and work with development, security, and operations teams to improve deployment efficiency. The role also involves troubleshooting build, deployment, and environment issues and documenting DevOps processes, standards, and best practices. An active Top Secret security clearance is required at the time of hire.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 8 years of DevOps, systems engineering, or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with container deployment technologies.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, ALB, Terraform, CloudFormation, Databricks, AWS Redis, Springboot, and PKI.
• Strong experience with GitLab, Jenkins, and GitHub.
• Experience automating deployments across Windows and Linux environments.
• Active Top Secret security clearance required at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience supporting DoD or federal programs.
• Familiarity with secure or classified development environments.

Responsibilities
