About The Position
Onspring is seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer (or Architect) to help scale and support the infrastructure powering its SaaS platform. The role works closely with development, security, and support teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure, automation, and monitoring systems. It combines hands-on engineering with architectural planning and involves performance tuning, tooling, and incident response. The posting states that all positions are onsite unless otherwise stated.
Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system health and performance.
- Configure logging and analytics systems for observability and proactive issue detection.
- Contribute to performance management, scaling, and system reliability initiatives.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments.
- Write and maintain scripts to automate repetitive or manual tasks.
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to manage and provision environments.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to integrate DevOps practices into the SDLC.
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex technical issues escalated from customer support.
