About The Position

The role involves designing and developing SDLC control reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and executive metrics. The engineer will integrate and analyze data from various sources including Elastic Stack, Kafka, Redis, and enterprise data sources. Key responsibilities include building automated data/log ingestion and reporting pipelines, analyzing platform telemetry for trends and compliance gaps, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, DevOps, Security, Platform, and Governance.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana, Power BI, Kafka & Redis.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java, REST APIs, log ingestion & streaming pipelines.
• Experience with SDLC/DevSecOps, CI/CD, plus working knowledge of Linux & Cloud.
• Strong SQL, data analytics, reporting & dashboard development skills.
• Ability to translate platform telemetry, engineering metrics & controls into actionable insights/KPIs.
• 6-9 years of experience in required skills.
