About The Position

Apogee is hiring a DevOps Engineer Support to support the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) task order, which provides Command, Control, and Communications (C3) services for multiple critical U.S. Government missions through Air to Global Information Grid (GIG) Gateways (A2G2s) supported by a Systems Integration Lab (SIL). The role supports the EACN Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) program by providing Government Engineers with technical support on order applicability, mitigation actions, network architecture engineering, and supporting documentation. The position focuses on automating network and systems operations, including router and switch provisioning and upgrades, CI/CD pipeline maintenance, lab environment automation, and scripting against network APIs. The engineer will support operational workflows, troubleshoot automation and infrastructure issues, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with engineering teams to align solutions with mission and security requirements. The posting describes this as a full-time, on-site position and states that it is contingent upon contract award. The Overview lists Scott Air Force Base in Belleville, Illinois, while Additional Information lists Joint Base Andrews in Andrews, Maryland. Travel of 10% may be required.
