About The Position

Become part of the software team developing sophisticated enterprise solutions for audiology distribution chains. You will be joining a team that values collaboration and mentorship. We are here to support you every step of the way, whether it's navigating new projects or advancing your skills in Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps. The tech stack we use includes .Net Core, Azure cloud, Azure devops, AKS, Azure SQL, Datafactory, Service Bus. We widely use a variety of AI tools from Antropic/Open AI.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of commercial experience with configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft based production systems
  • Microsoft Azure Cloud: ARM templates/Terraform writing, setup automation for resources provisioning (Azure PowerShell)
  • Azure services (Azure App Service, Azure SQL, Azure Storage Account)
  • Understanding of load balancers, DNS, virtual networks and firewalls in cloud environment
  • Setup monitoring (performance metrics, OMS)
  • Azure Active Directory basics (Azure AD authentication, Users and groups, Roles)
  • Monitoring enterprise solutions in Azure Cloud
  • Good communication skills to be able to collaborate with Customer Care team across different locations for delivering high-end software solutions to the customers
  • Able to find solutions to complex issues, “outside the box thinking”
  • Always focused on updating your own and your team's knowledge with the latest and greatest tools
  • Good spoken and written English
  • B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, or similar.

  • Azure Kubernetes
  • Understanding the setting up CI/CD for .NET projects by managing, developing, and building CI/CD pipeline
  • Hands-on use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex for everyday tasks: writing and refactoring scripts, generating IaC (Terraform/ARM/Bicep), drafting pipeline definitions, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of how LLMs fit into engineering workflows, including the Model Context Protocol (MCP) - the open standard for connecting AI assistants to tools, data sources, and internal systems.
  • Awareness of the limitations and risks of AI-generated code and configuration, with good judgment about when and how to review it before it reaches production.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimizing continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) processes
  • Managing release process & its automation
  • Supporting and monitoring development environments and configurations in Microsoft Azure cloud
  • Consult internal & external customers on technical aspects of installation, sizing, scaling; CI/CD etc.
