DevOps Developer
About The Position
Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a DevOps Developer to support Kadiak and our government customer in Vienna, VA. This position requires an active Top-Secret security clearance with SCI Poly. This opportunity is offering a hybrid work schedule (4 days onsite, 1 days telework). Requirements
- Active Top-Secret security clearance with SCI Poly
- 3+ years related experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with AWS (e.g., CloudFormation, EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, and ElasticSearch)
- Experience with both coding and scripting.
- Experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Current automation/orchestration tool suite experience.
- Experience in continuous integration technology (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub)
- Experience with Jenkins and creating Jenkins Pipelines while having and understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment best practices
- Ability to work on-site in Vienna, VA (4 days per week + 1 day remote)
- Experience with AWS cloud environments
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong documentation and communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud solutions while driving continuous integration and delivery processes
- Support of the enterprise IT platform, which includes secure cloud-hosted and on-premises environments
- Work with system architects and developers to maintain and improve the architecture and design of the infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions
- Focus on creating and maintaining containers as well as enabling container deployments and implementations of serverless architectures within AWS
- Ability to manage CI/CD pipelines
