DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Dragonfly Portfolio
About The Position
Dragonfly is a global, crypto-native venture capital / research firm with $4B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies. This is an application to join our talent network. This is not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly. We're actively sourcing for an DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (AWS) for one of our portfolio companies in the fintech/crypto space. This is a fractional engagement, approximately 20 hours per week for a few months. The role requires building environments, pipelines, and monitoring from scratch, not just taking tickets. The preferred location is NYC, but remote candidates in the USA are also welcome.
Requirements
- AWS stack: API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, Cognito, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, Route53
- Experience with GitHub Actions
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards
- Experience with security, access management, DevSecOps practices
Nice To Haves
- Fintech, payments, blockchain, or crypto experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Dev, UAT, and Production AWS environments end-to-end
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- Monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards
- Security, access management, DevSecOps practices
