About The Position

In the assigned role of Architecture Consultant 3, you will create business requirement documents based on information gathered through workshops and interviews with client stakeholders. You will review, propose, and develop solution architectures that align application design with a suitable framework and are scalable, reliable, and maintainable. The role includes assessing technologies, tools, and platforms; developing integration strategies; and resolving complex technical challenges during build, deployment, and support.

You will provide architectural insights to development teams, clients, and internal teams; identify system risks and optimization opportunities; maintain a comprehensive knowledge base; and contribute architectural expertise to proposals and RFPs. You will help drive project execution and transitions, build productive relationships, and promote mentoring and knowledge sharing.

The Infosys Engineering unit focuses on product-centric value delivery through innovative engineering, data-first approaches, and value-stream management. It uses AI, ML, and predictive analytics to improve delivery processes and accelerate time to market.

Requirements

• Experience or skills with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, based on information gathered through workshops and interviews with client stakeholders.
• Review, propose, and develop solution architectures that align application design with the proposed framework and are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
• Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms for implementation to meet business requirements.
• Review technical solutions and develop strategies for integration with different technologies and systems to support seamless communication and data flow.
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment, and support while promoting reusable frameworks and artifacts.
• Provide specialized insights to development teams and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams to support successful project execution.
• Identify potential system-landscape risks, monitor system performance, and suggest optimization initiatives aligned with business requirements and long-term objectives.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base so important information is systematically recorded and readily available.
• Contribute architectural insights to proposals and RFPs.
• Proactively drive initiatives that support smooth project execution and transition.
• Mentor others and foster a knowledge-sharing culture.
