About The Position

The Infosys Engineering unit focuses on product-centric value delivery through innovative engineering solutions, using data-first engineering and value-stream management, AI, ML, and predictive analytics to improve delivery processes and accelerate time to market.

In the assigned role of Architecture Consultant 3, you will gather client requirements and design, review, and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable solution architectures. You will evaluate technologies and platforms, plan integrations, address complex technical challenges across build, deployment, and support, and provide architectural guidance to development teams and clients. The role also includes identifying system risks and optimization opportunities, maintaining knowledge resources, and contributing architectural insight to proposals and RFPs.

The position requires expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP. Preferred experience includes AI security and governance, DevSecOps, and automation. A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required, although three years of progressive specialty experience may substitute for each year of education. Relocation and/or travel to the work or project location may be required. Applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements based on workshops and interviews with client stakeholders.
• Review, propose, and develop solution architecture that aligns application design with the proposed framework and is scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
• Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms for implementation to meet business requirements.
• Review technical solutions and develop integration strategies for different technologies and systems to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
• Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment, and support while promoting reusable frameworks and artifacts.
• Provide specialized insights to development teams and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams to support successful project execution.
• Identify potential risks in the system landscape, monitor system performance, and suggest optimization initiatives aligned with business requirements and long-term objectives.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base so vital information is systematically recorded and readily available.
• Contribute architectural insights to proposals and RFPs.
• Mentor others and foster a knowledge-sharing culture.
• Proactively drive initiatives that support smooth project execution and transition.
