About The Position

This position is responsible for Blaze Collateral that is identified as managed under the Member Experience distribution. All devices in this designation are the responsibility of the Device Management Specialist in a variety of capacities. This position reports to the Director of Branch Operations & Service Experience. This is a full-time, on-site role in the Twin Cities Metro area, with frequent travel to all Blaze locations expected to support business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive financial services experience including both branch and operational functions.
  • A valid driver’s license without restrictions is required for this role
  • Demonstrated Knowledge in Team building skills
  • Demonstrated Knowledge in Verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated Knowledge in Detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of Basic math skills
  • Ability to write reports and letters, read and interpret documents
  • Ability to define problems, collect data and establish facts and draw conclusions
  • Ability to proactively respond to members/staff to problem solve based on guidelines; written communications are based on templates but can be modified.
  • In-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature.

Responsibilities

  • Provides onsite support and guidance for branch service initiatives and implementations, assisting with execution and ensuring a smooth team and member experience.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal partners, service providers, and vendors to support day-to-day operations.
  • Assists with device implementations, including participating in testing, validating basic functionality, and identifying issues for escalation.
  • Completes assigned operational tasks accurately and timely, while identifying and communicating opportunities for process improvements.
  • Supports branch service and operational needs, including maintaining and organizing branch materials and collateral.
  • Acts as a point of contact between branches and vendors for routine support needs, assisting with troubleshooting and escalating issues that impact staff or members.
  • Learns and maintains working knowledge of core systems and branch technologies; participates in cross-training to expand capabilities and provide backup support as needed.
