  • Experience supporting healthcare-site technology deployments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise networking, cybersecurity, endpoint management, and interoperability concepts.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or comparable enterprise ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an integrated Engineering device-readiness framework covering end-user, clinical, biomedical, peripheral, and related device technologies.
  • Coordinate activities from requirements and acquisition dependencies through staging, configuration, connectivity, testing, deployment preparation, and operational acceptance.
  • Establish readiness criteria, milestones, dependencies, and completion evidence for device-related activities.
  • Coordinate across device engineering, infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, interoperability, testing, deployment, acquisition, site IT, and vendor teams.
  • Identify gaps in ownership, sequencing, or technical dependencies and drive resolution through the appropriate engineering leads.
  • Develop Engineering-level work plans and coordinate device-related inputs to project plans and schedules.
  • Work with program scheduling resources to ensure significant Engineering milestones and dependencies are accurately represented.
  • Coordinate technical-readiness reviews covering device availability, configuration, connectivity, security, application access, integration, and testing.
  • Ensure appropriate technical evidence supports reported readiness status.
  • Track deficiencies, technical blockers, risks, issues, and dependencies through resolution and closure.
  • Support Engineering recommendations regarding readiness for deployment and operational use.
  • Prepare concise device-readiness reporting for Engineering leadership, including status, upcoming milestones, risks, blockers, and decisions required.
