Developmental Specialist
About The Position
We’re hiring Part-Time DIR/Floortime Developmental Specialists to work with children ages 3–12 in our relationship-based Floortime Program at CBC Education. This role focuses on emotional regulation and engagement, expanding communication through play, building problem-solving and flexibility, strengthening parent-child interaction, and supporting developmental milestones in natural settings. Sessions take place in-home and/or in-center, where you’ll guide children through meaningful, child-led interactions — while coaching parents on how to continue that growth beyond the session. We’re looking for professionals who are observant, reflective, adaptable, and passionate about early development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field required
