This role is designed as a comprehensive career development pathway to prepare individuals for a District Sales Manager (DSM) position. The DDSM will gain a deep understanding of NBG's metal building systems, business model, and develop the necessary skills for success as a DSM. The role involves monthly travel for workshops and territory shadowing, self-study of sales strategies and product knowledge, and department rotations to understand the entire product lifecycle. Upon program completion, the individual must commit to relocating to an assigned sales territory.
