About The Position

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
- Sound clinical judgment and decision-making ability
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Supervisory or management experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Safely administer prescribed medications, monitor responses, and notify physicians when needed
- Perform treatments (e.g., tube feedings, wound care, first aid, topical/ear/eye medications) and evaluate effectiveness
- Assess individuals’ health status through vital signs and ongoing observation
- Respond promptly to health-related concerns communicated by team members
- Ensure proper storage and security of medications and treatment supplies
- Accurately assess conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
- Maintain accurate records including MAR/TAR, narcotic counts, and nursing notes by end of shift
- Supervise and ensure proper administration of medications and treatments by staff
