Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Position requires 3 years of experience.
  • Position requires domestic and international travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Employee must report in person to the Chicago, IL Troon office 2-3 days per week when not traveling.
  • Must have experience in: Utilizing the following technologies: SalesLoft, Canva, Seamless AI, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, and Salesforce for external presentations.
  • Product positioning and Live product demonstrations, including presentations to golf staff, Executive teams, and Boards.
  • Creating sales enablement tools including brochures, case studies, and demonstration videos.
  • Hosting online event marketing seminars utilizing Zoom platform.
  • Utilizing tee time scheduling software for billing and pace- of-play tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify current challenges and formulate optimization methods to assist with business management policy formulation.
  • Build pipelines of potential partners by developing, implementing, and analyzing the responses to mathematical survey models.
  • Continuous development of workflow outline for scheduling software, including development queue enhancements, discovery, wire framing, testing, release, and client education.
  • Translate business requirements from partner needs to technology development to supply optimal products.
  • Liaise with golf staff, golf committees, Management Team, and Board members to conduct layered product demonstrations.
  • Conduct real time product performance meetings to collect data, analyze how customer utilizes software, and recommend enhancements as necessary.
  • Review and analyze customer requirements against the software’s capabilities to ensure optimal functioning and address customer’s business needs.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure compatibility between software product and customers’ internal computer systems.
  • Select app development partners.
  • Negotiate, prepare, and execute contracts.
  • Assist third party app development team in adhering to timelines by communicating regularly with developers and stakeholders.
