About The Position

As a Development Representative, you will serve as a front-line ambassador for the development program at the hospitals and the entire system’s fundraising initiatives under the direction of the program managers. Use your effective relationship-building and communication skills to act as a liaison between donors, trustees, physicians, and the Foundation personnel using your utmost professionalism answering questions, solving problems, and making independent decisions. The work you do makes a tremendous impact! You will assist in the annual and planned gift solicitations (including the donor, employee, and physician giving campaigns) and will also coordinate and attend development and foundation events across the system.

Requirements

  • Two years of professional work experience required.
  • Must have ability to use advanced components of a personal computer: MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, Raiser’s Edge.
  • High School Diploma / GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of Development experience, preferably in healthcare or education, is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
