The Development Program Manager is a strategic partner on The Nature Conservancy's Massachusetts fundraising team, providing the data, systems, coordination, and donor insights that help drive successful fundraising outcomes. Working closely with frontline fundraisers, the Development Program Manager supports prospect management, donor strategy development, research, stewardship planning, pipeline management, reporting, and performance tracking. This role, reporting to the Senior Development Program manager, serves as a central resource for the team, helping to strengthen collaboration, improve fundraising effectiveness, and ensure donor opportunities are advanced in a timely and strategic manner. The Development Program Manager also partners with colleagues across Massachusetts, the Northeast Division, and the broader Conservancy to support donor discovery, information sharing, and coordinated fundraising strategies for key conservation priorities. Success in this role directly contributes to the team's ability to identify, engage, solicit, and steward donors who advance The Nature Conservancy's mission in Massachusetts and beyond.
