Development Operations Coordinator

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven Development Operations Coordinator who enjoys creating efficient systems, managing fundraising data, and supporting a collaborative team. As the Development Operations Coordinator, you'll serve as the operational backbone of our Development and Communications team by ensuring our fundraising systems, donor database, reporting, and stewardship processes run smoothly.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in development operations, fundraising administration, nonprofit operations, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce or another fundraising CRM/database.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our Salesforce donor database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Process charitable gifts and oversee donor stewardship operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fundraising reports and financial reconciliations.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support fundraising strategy and decision-making.
- Analyze donor engagement and giving trends to identify opportunities for donor retention and growth.
- Support annual fundraising campaigns and Advancement Committee initiatives.
- Conduct prospect research and prepare donor briefings.
- Coordinate invitation lists, mailing lists, and campaign data.
- Support grant tracking and reporting activities.
- Help plan donor and organizational events, including logistics and materials.
- Develop and maintain internal procedures and documentation for development operations.
- Assist with department administration, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Collaborate closely with members of the Development and Communications team to advance Plummer's mission.
