Reporting to the Senior Director, Individual Giving, the Development Officer is an integral member of the Development team at the Clinton Foundation. The Development Officer works closely with the Development team to create and execute an annual giving plan to engage and solicit an assigned portfolio of donors and prospects. The Development Officer at the Clinton Foundation is a proactive, confident self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment that values results. They are persistent and driven to succeed in leading efforts to grow philanthropic support and in setting and exceeding goals. The Development team works to secure the philanthropic resources necessary to advance the Foundation’s mission through its programs and operations. The team works closely with volunteers and colleagues from across the organization to present the Foundation’s case for support through gifts, grants, and sponsorships. Team members collaborate to maximize engagement and giving from individual donors and institutional funders alike.
