Currently, The Agnes Irwin School is seeking a Development Office Manager & Events Coordinator to join our Development Team. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and experience
  • Possess the ability to multi-task with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well with coworkers, volunteers, and constituencies including alumnae, parents, grandparents, faculty/staff, and friends of the School
  • Proficiency with a variety of software

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the offices of Development, Business, Human Resources, and Marketing & Communications
  • Work with the Associate Director of Development to coordinate operations including facilities and maintenance, security, housekeeping, catering and outside vendors
  • Work with the school operations team to oversee the scheduling of events and specifically for Development. This includes attendance at All School Calendar meetings throughout the year.
  • Production of meeting notices and event invitations, lists, programs-signage and other materials as needed
  • Work with the Annual Giving Team on solicitations and mailings
  • Assist with donor acknowledgements, correspondence, assembling and collating packets of materials, mail merging letters, mailing and distributing outgoing correspondence
  • Oversee cultivation/promotional item inventory and coordinate stewardship gifts as needed
  • Maintain stationery and supplies keeping inventory up-to-date and in accordance with brand guidelines as appropriate, and oversee maintenance of office equipment keeping it serviceable
  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Alumnae Relations and Director of Parent Engagement on initiatives as needed
  • Work with the Campaign Team on events and correspondence associated with the All In Campaign as needed
