The Development Manager is responsible for supporting and executing key fundraising strategies to advance the mission of YWCA Metro St. Louis across all program areas, including early childhood education, housing, domestic and sexual violence services, racial justice initiatives, and workforce development. This role manages specific fundraising activities, donor relationships, and development operations to help achieve revenue goals and strengthen community engagement. The Development Manager plays a critical role in implementing fundraising initiatives, managing donor engagement activities, and supporting revenue generation across multiple funding streams. This position works closely with the Senior Development Director and development team to execute campaigns, support grant efforts, manage donor portfolios, and coordinate events. The Development Manager serves as a liaison between the organization and its donors, partners, and community stakeholders. This role requires the ability to balance relationship management with strong operational and project coordination skills. The position also ensures alignment with organizational priorities, compliance requirements, and best practices in nonprofit fundraising.
