About The Position

The Development Intern supports the development staff by conducting market studies and research related to apartment and self-storage developments, performing preliminary due diligence, and handling administrative tasks. The position also involves entering data into financial models and completing other duties as assigned. The role is non-exempt and supervises no employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Basic understanding of financial statements.
• Experience with MS Office.
• No prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal market studies for apartments and self-storage.
• Conduct preliminary due diligence as requested.
• Conduct research projects related to apartment and self-storage developments.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Enter data into financial models.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
