Development Analyst

Swbc Peo•Boerne, TX

About The Position

The Development Analyst performs end-to-end contract compliance reviews for assigned client agencies. The role identifies potentially non-compliant events, assesses whether the underlying records are complete and reliable, investigates what occurred, determines whether events are compliant, non-compliant, non-reportable, or exempt, and submits corrections and exemptions using established procedures and within contractual deadlines. The work is currently focused more heavily on reviewing non-compliant calls than on general reporting and trending. Each determination may have financial consequences for the client, so the role requires careful, consistent analysis and sound application of governing documents. The analyst also identifies and reports factors contributing to compliance or non-compliance, reviews descriptive statistics and reporting output, and generates and refines reports for accuracy and clarity. The role may cross-train and assist Business and Data Analysts, may require minimal travel, and includes other duties as assigned. The position requires the ability to work effectively without direct supervision. The office is located in a residential complex outside Boerne; familial obligations may affect the office environment.
