Responsibilities

• Support execution of development projects by completing clearly defined tasks under direction
• Assist in maintaining project schedules, logs, trackers, and documentation repositories
• Collect, validate, and input project data (budgets, timelines, vendor information, reporting updates)
• Participate in team meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks
• Coordinate basic communication with internal stakeholders to gather or share information
• Escalate risks, delays, or inconsistencies to more senior team members promptly
• Support vendor and contractor coordination activities (e.g., scheduling, document collection)
• Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with established standards
• Follow defined processes, tools, and safety/compliance requirements without deviation
• Continuously build knowledge of construction, logistics, and project lifecycle processes
