Requirements

0–2 years relevant experience
Basic computer skills (Excel, systems)

Responsibilities

Support execution of development projects by completing clearly defined tasks under direction
Assist in maintaining project schedules, logs, trackers, and documentation repositories
Collect, validate, and input project data (budgets, timelines, vendor information, reporting updates)
Participate in team meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks
Coordinate basic communication with internal stakeholders to gather or share information
Escalate risks, delays, or inconsistencies to more senior team members promptly
Support vendor and contractor coordination activities (e.g., scheduling, document collection)
Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with established standards
Follow defined processes, tools, and safety/compliance requirements without deviation
Continuously build knowledge of construction, logistics, and project lifecycle processes
