Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2+ years’ relevant work experience in an analytical capacity, or equivalent experience
Foundational experience with Databricks-based AI or agent development
Python programming skills
Exposure to LLMs, RAG, and multi-step AI workflows
Basic understanding of Databricks AI/ML capabilities
Ability to integrate data, APIs, and enterprise systems into AI solutions

Nice To Haves

Exposure to CI/CD and deployment practices
Familiarity with supply chain or SAP-related business processes
Understanding of AI evaluation and response quality checks

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and support software applications
Drive technical validity of solution.
Develop user documentation as well as in-code documentation to explain designs and participate/support user training
Obtain any certifications needed to effectively support applications in scope
Support the development of business and technical process documentation and training materials
Structure requirements to facilitate automation of acceptance tests
Provide support for software applications under area of responsibility
Participate in Agile teams
Drive Behavior-Driven-Design (BDD) process
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
