About The Position

The Professional Services Developer assists with the development, customization, and implementation of software solutions for customers. Working with senior developers and project teams, the role helps deliver software services that meet customer requirements. The position is office-based.

Requirements

Basic proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with object-oriented programming and front-end interaction.
For the FullStack Resonant Developer application: basic proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL Server, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, microservices, HTML, and CSS.
Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, particularly in technical environments.
Basic understanding of SQL for database querying and management.
Ability to analyze problems and assist in developing solutions.
Familiarity with version control, such as Git, including basic tasks such as cloning repositories, making commits, and code branching and merging.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing, coding, testing, and implementing software solutions under senior guidance.
Participate in customer meetings to understand customer needs, help gather requirements, and provide project status updates.
Help customize and configure software applications to meet specific customer needs.
Contribute to creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Assist in troubleshooting basic issues and escalate complex problems to senior developers while learning root-cause analysis and resolution processes.
Perform unit testing and assist with integration testing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
