About The Position

The Developer, IT Front End develops and maintains e-commerce solutions using modern front-end technologies, particularly React and Next.js. The role focuses on delivering seamless user experiences and high-performance applications while collaborating with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders. It also supports integration with e-commerce platforms, back-end services, APIs, and third-party services, and contributes to front-end best practices and continuous improvement. The position requires at least four years of front-end development experience, particularly in e-commerce environments, and proven expertise in React and Next.js. A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is listed, though a suitable combination of education and experience may be considered. Relevant certifications are advantageous. Work is performed under normal office working conditions. Some nights and weekends may be required, and occasional travel is required. Physical requirements include sitting, standing without walking, walking, kneeling/stooping/bending, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 20 pounds.

Requirements

At least 4 years of front-end development experience, particularly in e-commerce environments.
Proven expertise in React and Next.js.
Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a suitable combination of education and experience may be considered.
High-demand IT specialized skills include HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery.
Ability to work some nights and weekends.
Ability to travel occasionally.
Physical ability to sit, stand without walking, walk, kneel/stoop/bend, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end components for e-commerce platforms using React and Next.js.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Apply knowledge of modern e-commerce architecture, modules, and best practices.
Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
Implement performance optimization practices, including lazy loading, code splitting, and caching.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
