About The Position

Ritchie Collision has an opportunity for a Detailer to join the repair team on a temporary basis (1 month contract) in North Vancouver, BC. If you are eager to learn about the autobody industry and want hands on learning to help fast track skills to become an Autobody Apprentice we are interested in you! Requirements

• Valid Class 5 drivers license required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Positive attitude with the ability to learn new tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Car detailing & body shop experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Pre-washing vehicles including washing, polishing, and vacuuming, and stage for repairs.
• Maintenance of the detail area and equipment – a clean and tidy workspace is a must.
• Final quality checks to ensure customer will leave 100% happy with their vehicle.
• Drive vehicles to and from the shop, rotate vehicles and shuttle customers to various destinations as needed.
• General shop cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, removing garbage, cutting/tearing down cardboard, cutting rubber bumpers)
• Other duties as required by Location Manager
