Kaizen Collision Center's Aurora location is looking for a dependable team member who understands the final presentation is just as important as the repair itself. Customers may never see the structural repairs or refinishing work behind the scenes, but they absolutely notice when they pick up a vehicle that's spotless and ready to go. Requirements

• Automotive detailing experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Washing and cleaning repaired vehicles prior to delivery
• Vacuuming, shampooing, and detailing vehicle interiors
• Cleaning windows, trim, wheels, and exterior surfaces
• Buffing and polishing vehicles when needed
• Performing final quality inspections before customer pickup
• Maintaining a clean and organized lot and delivery area
• Assisting the production team with vehicle movement throughout the repair process
• Supporting overall shop operations as needed
