Requirements

Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.

Reliability, including arriving on time and staying on task during the shift.
Availability to work Saturday or Sunday and holidays when necessary to meet production needs.
Ability to distinguish small imperfections in detailing work and quality-inspect vehicles.
Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, with clarity of vision and hearing.
Ability to perform frequent bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into and out of vehicles; occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying of up to 50 pounds.
Successful completion of drug and background screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Wash vehicle exteriors using cleaning solutions.
Wax and buff vehicles using cloths and buffing machines as needed.
Vacuum vehicle interiors and clean upholstery and other surfaces.
Dry surfaces using air compressors and cloths, and apply preservation chemicals to protect against spots and stains.
Use dyes, paints, and waxes to protect vehicle leather or fabric as needed.
Clean and remove grease from engines or engine compartments as needed.
Drive, detail, and clean vehicles, and move vehicles during the workday.
Maintain store facilities and provide high-quality service to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and reach conclusions in a timely manner.
Inspect the quality of personal work and that of other team members, including checking for small imperfections.
Carry out additional duties assigned by management due to operational needs.
Follow uniform and grooming standards and work on task with a sense of urgency.
