About The Position

Transteck, Inc. is hiring a Detailer at its Freightliner of Hagerstown dealership. The role involves cleaning truck interiors and exteriors, using vehicle-specific cleaning products and specialized tools, and cleaning the shop and surrounding areas. The Detailer may also perform other duties assigned by a supervisor. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid driver's license is required. Candidates must pass a background and criminal records check, physical exam, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Clean the interior and exterior of trucks.
Use specialized cleaners, waxes, or polish suited to the specific vehicle.
Use specialized cleaning tools or materials.
Clean the shop and surrounding areas.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
