About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Detail Foreman to lead our detail shop and manage dealership inventory. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sets the standard for quality, drives efficiency, and keeps our lot retail-ready. You will lead by example, ensure high detail standards, and oversee the flow of inventory through our department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in professional automotive detailing (Required).
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a shop setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple vehicles daily.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Manage, direct, and mentor a team of detailers, fostering a productive and quality-focused work environment.
- Perform high-level detail work (interior/exterior, paint correction, prep) while demonstrating proper techniques and safety standards.
- Oversee dealership lot inventory, prioritizing vehicles for detail, reconditioning, and customer delivery.
- Inspect completed work to guarantee every vehicle meets strict dealership standards before hitting the lot or reaching the customer.
- Coordinate daily tasks to ensure turnaround times are met without compromising quality.
