About The Position

Provide quality service in all aspects of The Ice Cream Shop. Follow established side work guidelines to exact specifications. Organize and maintain station and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion that meets manager’s expectations. Communicate with team to complete a successful shift. Maintain and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests, coworkers, and management to their understanding.

Nice To Haves

• Point of Sales system (Agilisys or other) / Foodservice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Properly follow all processes that are in place.
• Properly rotate all food and drink products in stock.
• Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and resort requirements.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the team.
• Communicate effectively between FOH and BOH.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow through with assigned tasks.
• Ability to be a clear thinker, remains calm, and resolves problems using good judgment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to keep a clean, neat, and organized work environment.
• All other duties, as assigned.
