About The Position

Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa offers a blend of Texas hospitality and refined comfort with 500 rooms and suites, 10 private ranch houses, four pools, Mokara Spa, and 13 food and beverage destinations. Margaret’s Cones & Cups, located within the resort, is a retro ice cream shop serving cones, cups, coffee, and novelties. This seasonal team member will serve guests by selling ice cream, coffee, sweet treats, and other selections.

Requirements

• Must have cash handling experience.
• Must have a flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
• Must have unexpired Food Handlers – or obtain upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Previous barista experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions about menu items.
• Brew gourmet coffee and other specialty beverages.
• Serve ice cream.
• Up-sell and offer helpful suggestions on items.
• Accurately orders and maintains a balanced bank.
• Provide information about the reosrt and entertainment district.
